The Crimped Wire Mesh Machine, also known as the Pre-forming Mesh Weaver or Pressed Mesh Loom, is specialized equipment used in the textile and metal fabrication industry for producing crimped wire mesh. The Take-up Device (Winding Unit)is a critical component of this machinery, ensuring consistent tension and efficient coil handling.

2.Technical Features & Design

Our advanced weaving and take-up equipment integrates several innovative mechanisms to ensure stability and ease of operation:

Fixed Device: Comprising fixing screws, locking nuts, connecting rods, fixed plates, movable rods, and linkage rods, this system securely anchors the drive shaft to prevent vibration during high-speed weaving.

Lifting Device: Consisting of ear mounts, lifting rods, pneumatic cylinders, and lifting linkages, this unit automatically lowers the finished mesh rolls for safe and convenient unloading.

Tensioning Device: Engineered with a tension sleeve, tension springs, tension plates, and connecting linkages, this system works in coordination with the rolling shafts to automatically adjust winding tension, ensuring a uniformly tight roll without damaging the mesh structure.

This integrated structural design not only automates tension regulation but also significantly simplifies the removal of finished products, boosting overall production efficiency.

Semi-automatic Type: Ideal for processing wire diameters ranging from 2mm to 6mm. Offers a balance between cost and manual control.

Fully Automatic Type: Designed for fine wires under 2mm in diameter. Equipped with stepless speed regulation motors and dual-rapier weft insertion technology, this model supports high-speed continuous weaving, automatic edge cutting, and an automatic stop alarm system for fault detection.

Hydraulic Type: Built for heavy-duty applications, processing wire diameters from 6mm to 14mm. Delivers powerful crimping force for extra-thick wires.
